Responsabilidades

• Calculate, validate, and process rebates owed to clients based on contractual terms and fund distribution agreements.
• Coordinate and execute timely payments to clients, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile rebate positions, correcting discrepancies and ensuring full alignment with client entitlements.
• Maintain detailed records of rebate flows and historical payment data.
• Work closely with Fund Houses, Fund Distributors, and Financial Institutions to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth rebate lifecycle operations.
• Prepare periodic revenue and rebate reports for Fund Houses and client communications.

The Revenue Management department is responsible for the end-to-end management of rebates, commission flows, and payments to clients. The role ensures accurate calculation, validation, processing, and reconciliation of rebates while maintaining strong relationships with fund houses, distributors, and other financial counterparties. It also supports operational efficiency and ensures compliance across all revenue related activities.

Rebate Management & Payment Processing

• Calculate, validate, and process rebates owed to clients based on contractual terms and fund distribution agreements.
• Coordinate and execute timely payments to clients, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile rebate positions, correcting discrepancies and ensuring full alignment with client entitlements.
• Maintain detailed records of rebate flows and historical payment data.

Client & Counterparty Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for:

• Fund Houses
• Fund Distributors
• Financial Institutions

• Handle operational queries, provide clear explanations of calculations, and support clients throughout the rebate lifecycle.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships to ensure trust and operational efficiency.

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform reconciliations of rebate accounts, client positions, fee accruals, and custody or distribution data.
• Investigate mismatches with internal teams, distributors, and Fund Houses until resolved.
• Prepare periodic revenue and rebate reports for Fund Houses and for client communication.

Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Client Services, Operations, Legal, and IT teams.
• Support strategic revenue initiatives and contribute to cross-department projects.
