Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial operations, specifically fund transfers or back-office.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, SEPA, and domestic payments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Summary

The Transfers Operations Specialist at Allfunds Bank S.A.U. will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of various types of fund transfer operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role supports the efficient movement of assets for our clients and contributes to the overall operational excellence of the bank.

Job Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing fund transfer instructions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches, across multiple financial products and markets.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of transfer documentation, ensuring all required information and authorizations are present.
• Reconcile transfer activity with internal systems and external counterparties, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, clients, and third parties to resolve transfer-related queries and issues.
• Monitor transfer queues and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
• Adhere to all relevant compliance procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls related to transfer operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of operational workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of all transfer activities and related communications.
• Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation as required.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial operations, specifically within fund transfers, settlements, or back-office operations, preferably within the banking or asset management industry.
• Strong understanding of various fund transfer types (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, domestic payments) and their associated processes.
• Familiarity with financial instruments, particularly investment funds.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC) is a plus.
