Allfunds in Madrid is seeking an experienced AI, Digital Transformation and Innovation leader to shape the AI strategy, identify high-impact use cases, and drive cross-functional delivery of AI solutions. You will partner with Business, Data, Tech, Cybersecurity and AI Governance teams to deliver measurable value and scalable, compliant outcomes.

You’ll promote best practices, define success metrics, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years leading AI, Innovation or Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Experience in financial services or regulated sectors desirable.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Innovation to lead the adoption and evolution of the company's AI capabilities. The role will be responsible for defining the AI strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases, and coordinating cross-functional teams involved in the design, implementation, and operation of AI solutions.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of reference for Predictive, Generative, and Agentic AI initiatives, working closely with Business, Data, Technology, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and AI Governance teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value, remain scalable, and comply with corporate and regulatory standards.

The role will also drive AI adoption across the organization through the definition of success metrics, promotion of best practices, and the development of a strong AI culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading AI, Innovation, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in the implementation and adoption of AI solutions within business environments.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Languages

• Fluent Spanish.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level required).
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments is desirable.
