Allfunds busca una persona en prácticas para unirse al equipo de Client Services en Madrid. La pasantía ofrece exposición a operaciones de fondos de inversión, relaciones con distribuidores y gestión de incidencias, con atención al detalle y orientación a la precisión en el servicio al cliente.

El/la candidato/a ideal debe tener grado en economía/finanzas, dominio de MS Office y interés en el sector financiero. Disponibilidad para una pasantía a tiempo completo en Madrid.

Formación

• Buen dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Word).
• Interés en mercados financieros y fondos de inversión.
• Proactivo/a, actitud positiva y gran deseo de aprender.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte en operaciones de fondos de inversión y distribución.
• Gestión de relaciones con clientes y proveedores de distribución.
• Seguimiento de reconciliaciones y resolución de incidencias operativas.
• Coordinación con distribuidores en Iberia e internacionales.

About the Role

We are looking for a trainee with a strong interest in financial markets, investment funds, and client servicing, with attention to detail and the ability to support fund operations, client relationships, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution processes. The trainee will be part of the Client Services team, supporting the day-to-day management of client funds and interactions with distributors and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Exposure to investment fund operations and fund distribution processes.
• Understanding of the fund intermediation business and its interaction with clients and asset managers.
• Client servicing and incident management activities.
• Reconciliation follow-up and resolution of operational discrepancies.
• Coordination with distributors across Iberia and international asset management companies.
• End-to-end support of investment fund operations and transactional activities.

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong interest in financial markets and the investment fund industry.
• Proactive person with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Availability to complete a full-time internship.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work with clients and support the resolution of operational issues and incidents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm and a strong desire to build a career in the financial sector.

Education

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Languages

• Fluent Spanish.
• English level C1.
