Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Spain, SL is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure outstanding in-store experience. You will lead daily sales, coach the team, and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and teamwork.

The role requires CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish, 1+ year retail experience, and a strong work ethic. Expect a full-time schedule, with peak periods requiring flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Fluent B2 in English and Spanish.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive.
• Show initiative, confidence and adaptability.
