Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Spain seeks a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality customer experiences and daily sales goals on the shop floor.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while driving store performance. CEFR B2 English and Spanish are required, with at least 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Formación

• CEFR B2 level in English and Spanish is required.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
