Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager in Madrid to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, lead staffing and training, manage openings and closings, and develop floorsets and visual displays while promoting the brand culture. English and Spanish at CEFR B2 are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish.
• Maintains strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom with excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
