Placements24 is seeking an energetic Retail Associate for its Queenstown store. You will assist customers, handle sales, and maintain an inviting shopping environment to enhance the local community’s experience.

The role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to work well within a team. Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings, is expected to support store operations.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor with product information and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately at the checkout.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and well stocked, organise displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support store goals and daily operations for the Queenstown location.
