COYA Marbella is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a luxury venue and uphold COYA’s renowned service standards in Marbella. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating a high-energy team, and maintaining premium beverage and service levels in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead diverse staff, ensure consistency in guest care, and collaborate across departments to preserve the brand’s luxury hospitality ethos.

Formación

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury, high-end or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; motivate, develop and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good wine and beverage knowledge.
• High level of spoken and written English; Spanish would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at COYA Marbella.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a high-energy, luxury hospitality environment and play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experience and service standards COYA is known for.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will have:

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury, high-end or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a diverse team.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The confidence to build strong relationships with guests and create a highly personalised service experience.
• Strong operational knowledge and the ability to maintain consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service.
• Good wine and beverage knowledge.
• The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.
