COYA Marbella, a luxury lifestyle hospitality brand, seeks an experienced Assistant Club Manager to join its Marbella team. The candidate will lead a guest-focused service culture, mentor a diverse team, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasises leadership, people development, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced, premium club environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury club.
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
• Demonstrate positive leadership and ability to develop the team, by mentoring, empowering, and identifying growth potential.
• Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations
• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
• A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
• Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people.

Experience you will need:
