COYA Marbella is seeking an experienced Assistant Club Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. You will lead a dynamic team, maintain high service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar luxury club management role, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Experience you will need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury club.
• Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
• Demonstrate positive leadership and ability to develop the team, by mentoring, empowering, and identifying growth potential.
• Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations
• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
• A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
