COYA Marbella is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our luxury venue. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining COYA's renowned service standards in a high-energy setting.

The successful candidate will bring previous luxury hospitality leadership, strong team development, excellent communication, and a passion for wine and service. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position at COYA Marbella.

Formación

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience within luxury, high-end or premium hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong operational knowledge and maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.
• High level of spoken and written English; Spanish would be an advantage.

Restaurant Manager – COYA Marbella

COYA is a luxury lifestyle hospitality group with venues across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, including Marbella, Barcelona, Mykonos, Monte Carlo, London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Muscat and Riyadh.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at COYA Marbella.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a high-energy, luxury hospitality environment and play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experience and service standards COYA is known for.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will have:

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury, high-end or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a diverse team.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The confidence to build strong relationships with guests and create a highly personalised service experience.
• Strong operational knowledge and the ability to maintain consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service.
• Good wine and beverage knowledge.
• The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.
• A high level of spoken and written English. Spanish would be an advantage.
• A collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively with other departments.
