• Experience in hospitality with restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with verifiable track record.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving with diagnostic and solution development.
• Fluency in English, additional languages a plus.
