Talent Connect in Spain seeks a Responsible AI Engineer to design, evaluate and deploy AI solutions in regulated environments, focusing on governance, fairness, explainability and risk management. You will benchmark models and contribute to best practices.

Hybrid work across Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga or Logroño with remote work from other parts of Spain; you will collaborate across engineering, data, product and business teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML or Responsible AI experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and evaluate ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art Responsible AI approaches.
• Assess model performance, fairness, robustness and explainability.
• Benchmark AI and LLM solutions across business use cases.
• Identify and mitigate bias, privacy, fairness risks and model behavior.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, product and business teams to deploy AI solutions into production.
• Define evaluation frameworks, governance processes and Responsible AI best practices.
• Analyze emerging AI regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to model monitoring, validation and continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
