Clarity AI seeks an AI Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI developments with tangible product impact. You will enable rapid experimentation, define the product roadmap through proof-of-concept validation, and drive the quality loop from prototype to reliable production features.

You will own evaluation suites, optimize RAG and reasoning, and oversee tuning workflows while balancing quality with cost and latency. This role is based in Spain with remote/hybrid work options.

Formación

• Proven track record shipping ML functionality in product-focused environment.
• First adopter of new AI technologies with practical trade-offs between frontier models.

Responsabilidades

• Product-Centric development: design experiments to improve GenAI capabilities for user value, reliability and cost.
• Evaluation systems: build robust multi-dimensional evaluation suites for production-ready features.
• Advanced RAG and reasoning optimization: implement hybrid search, reranking, agentic retrieval and optimize CoT/React loops.
• Production-grade model tuning: oversee SFT and LoRA for domain adaptation.
• Performance and cost engineering: balance quality, cost and latency while reducing token usage.
