Keyrus Spain is seeking an AI Governance Lead to help organisations translate regulatory requirements into practical governance. You will design operating models, risk classification, and governance gates across the AI lifecycle while guiding cross-functional teams and client engagements.

The role combines strategic governance with hands-on implementation, including human oversight, evidence collection and escalation pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operating requirements and controls.
• Ability to design governance models across AI lifecycles and risk classes.
• Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and operationalise AI governance and Responsible AI operating models.
• Establish intake, risk classification and governance gates over AI lifecycles.
• Define human oversight, escalation and evidence requirements across programs.
• Guide architecture and delivery teams turning controls into implementation.
