Livensa Living in Madrid is looking for an Assistant Manager to create a warm, welcoming experience for students, residents and guests. You will support the Manager and cover in their absence, while liaising with the General Manager on tenant queries and maintenance.

Join a team focused on safety, budgeting, marketing support and KPI reporting. Multilingual Spanish and English skills are essential to connect with residents and partners across university sites.

Formación

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in education/hospitality environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for students, residents and visitors.
• Support the Manager and cover in their absence.
• Liaise with the General Manager on tenant queries and maintenance.
• Ensure sites are safe and meet standards.
• Work within a budget and assist with marketing and promotions.
• Conduct regular inspections and safety checks.
• Build relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota for emergencies.
• Support university accommodation teams and attend meetings.
