Livensa Living seeks a Community Life Assistant to support its community engagement program across Spain and Portugal. You will work with the Community Life Lead to deliver activities, events and resident experiences to brand standards in multiple buildings.

Responsibilities include planning calendars, coordinating logistics, traveling to sites, supporting local teams with briefs, managing documentation and data, and maintaining partnerships.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data organization and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities for cross- team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute monthly activity calendars and community-building initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, suppliers, deliveries and on-site needs.
• Ensure activations meet Livensa branding and quality standards.
• Travel to buildings to support events or activations.
• Provide teams with briefs, materials and resources for smooth execution.
• Manage documentation, calendars, databases, reports and internal tools.
• Handle orders, invoices, stock control, shipments and material tracking.
• Prepare presentations and internal communications and operational guides.
• Assist with Community Life Survey data management and reporting.
• Coordinate workshops, samplings and partnerships with external providers.
