Greystar is seeking a Property Management Coordinator in the Madrid region to support day-to-day property operations and resident experience. You will contribute to marketing, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration, and occupancy targets. The annual base salary starts from €26,571 depending on experience, with eligibility for on-site bonus programs.

The role emphasizes front-of-house excellence, resident satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork within a community-focused environment.

Formación

• Good level of general education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional resident living and comprehensive front-of-house service.
• Support events and activities within the Community.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints per the company procedures.
• Assist with sales and leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups.
• Complete administrative tasks including logging maintenance requests and updating databases.
• Provide on-call support for the Community as required.
