Job summary

Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, located opposite Barceloneta Beach, seeks a reservations agent to handle guest inquiries and bookings. You will manage individual and group reservations, using Opera PMS and Resaweb to maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional service to guests.

• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
