Qualifications

• Direct guest interaction via phone and email.
• Managing individual and group reservations.
• Using hotel reservation systems to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
