Sofitel Barcelona Skipper is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage service professional to provide attentive wait service on-site at the Barceloneta area. You will learn to take orders, deliver meals and beverages, and ensure a high standard of hospitality for guests in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates will develop knowledge of the menu, work with a POS system, and support the F&B team to maintain smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment near the beach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent wait service to guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Learn to take customer orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Practice accurate POS data entry and correct orders as needed.
• Learn details of the menu to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Maintain standard procedures to complete tasks timely.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests for smooth information flow.
• Perform all responsibilities of the F&B department as directed.

• Carry out all roles and functions of the F&B department.
