Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, a beachfront luxury hotel in Barcelona, seeks a kitchen service trainee to learn daily service routines, mise-en-place, and kitchen operations. The role focuses on maintaining a clean work area, proper storage, tool usage, and adherence to safety protocols.

You will gain hands-on experience in a five-star hospitality environment, with strong emphasis on organization, hygiene, and environmental standards at Barcelona's iconic beachfront location.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.
• Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.
• Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.
• Annotating the necessary products for the next service.
• Proper order, cleaning, and maintenance of your work area.
• Compliance with the environmental policy.
