Achucarro Basque Center for Neuroscience is seeking an Administrative/Project Management support role based in Spain. The position involves day-to-day operations, grant management, reporting, and compliance for research projects with robust interaction across internal researchers and external funding bodies.

The successful candidate will handle contracts and personnel documentation, monitor budgets, and coordinate communications with funding agencies, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Formación

• Experience in administrative or project management roles.
• Training or experience in project management frameworks.
• Experience in R&D or academic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support to streamline project administration.
• Assist in launching, managing, and tracking calls for proposals across financing programs.
• Prepare technical and financial reporting justifications for regional and national funding projects.
• Handle administrative requests, documentation management, and formal project resolutions.
• Monitor active research projects and track financial progress, including budgets and reimbursements.
• Support management of contracts and related documentation for personnel linked to research projects.
• Serve as an administrative liaison between internal researchers and external funding agencies
