IMDEA Materials Institute in Madrid seeks a dedicated project manager to oversee European and national research grants, coordinate with principal investigators, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and reports.

You will handle administrative and financial management of awarded projects, draft Grant Agreements, support grant proposals, and help optimize internal processes while maintaining an international, multidisciplinary environment.

Formación

• Experience in managing international research projects, with focus on EU programmes.
• Experience supporting grant proposals and financial reporting for funding bodies.
• Ability to monitor costs and handle audits within research settings.

Responsabilidades

• Management, monitoring and reporting of R&D projects with milestone tracking.
• Administrative and financial management of assigned projects, including costs and audits.
• Support for grant proposals and drafting of Grant/Consortium Agreements.
• Contribute to optimization of internal processes and policies.
