Semi Zabala S.L. is seeking a Project Manager to comprehensively oversee the company’s project portfolio, including internal and grant-funded initiatives across European, national, and regional schemes.

You will coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring, draft proposals, manage documentation and deadlines, and ensure compliance with each call’s technical and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (C1).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, incl. grants.
• Experience drafting technical proposals and grant documentation.
• Experience with financial and technical justification of grant-funded projects.
• Ability to manage internal and grant-funded projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and monitor internal projects following APQP methodology from start to finish.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, timeline, and resources.
• Draft proposals and manage grant application documentation during preparation phase.
• Track grant delivery, deadlines, and budget during execution; ensure deliverables.
• Prepare justification reports and supporting documentation for funding bodies.
