Domus Vivendi Group, a leading property developer, seeks a Rental Sales Agent for the landmark MÍO PALMA project in Palma, Mallorca. You will acquire tenants, market around 200 modern rental units, and handle the full contract lifecycle while coordinating with operations, marketing, and technical teams.

The role rewards a fixed salary plus performance-based commission, with 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and ongoing language and housing benefits in our MÍO MICRO apartments.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, ideally within real estate or rental sector.
• Solid understanding of tenancy law and current legal standards.
• Fluent in German, Spanish, and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.
• A result-oriented, self-driven work style combined with strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new tenants and manage incoming rental inquiries and screening.
• Coordinate and conduct on-site apartment viewings in Palma.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: creation, extensions, modifications, and terminations.
• Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, as well as organize maintenance and repairs.
• Manage online real estate portals and implement strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Work proactively with operations, marketing, and technical teams.
