What you’ll do

As a Renewal Specialist, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
• Convert renewal leads into qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline by assessing key criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across industries to identify needs and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand customers’ current Microsoft license positions and promote Microsoft’s cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Specialists, PCM, TCM, CE) to ensure renewals close on time and meet customer needs.
