Job summary

Velto Renewables seeks an Integrations & Corporate Project Manager in Madrid to drive post-acquisition integration programs across Europe, aligning assets with Velto’s operating model and capturing value.

You will coordinate diverse teams, develop master plans, and provide executive-level reporting to support strategic decisions. A strong PMO background and international project delivery are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, finance, project management, or related field.
4–7 years of PMO/Program/Strategy execution experience.
PM certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2.
Agile certification like SAFe or PMI-ACP is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
Experience leading cross-functional programs and post-acquisition integrations.
International expansion or transformation experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead post-acquisition integration programs for solar, wind, and BESS assets across Europe.
Develop integrated master plans with milestones, budgets, and value targets.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Legal, Finance, Tax, HSE, Operations, Asset Management, HR, IT, Procurement, Commercial).
Support M&A from due diligence to integration execution.
Define KPIs, synergy targets, and value creation initiatives.
Provide executive reporting and dashboards on progress.
Maintain project management standards and playbooks for consistency.
