Job description

Velto owns and operates more than 130 solar photovoltaic and wind projects in Spain and France, with a total installed capacity exceeding 607 MW. These assets generate over 936 GWh of clean energy annually, enough to power more than 266,000 homes, while avoiding over 77,000 tons of CO₂ emissions each year. Additionally, Velto provides asset management services for La Caisse’s 25% investment in London Array, one of the world’s largest offshore wind farms. Located 20 km off the coast of Kent, this 630 MW project produces over 2,300 GWh annually, preventing 287,500 tons of CO₂ emissions each year.

The role will be responsible for planning and overseeing post-acquisition integration programs, ensuring the seamless transition of acquired assets into Velto's operating model while capturing targeted value creation opportunities and synergies.

  • Coordinate and challenge cross-functional workstreams, including Legal, Finance, Tax, HSE, Operations & Maintenance, Asset Management, HR, IT, Procurement, and Commercial, ensuring timely delivery and effective issue resolution.

  • Define and monitor integration KPIs, synergy targets, and value creation initiatives, providing clear performance visibility and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive the implementation of Velto's framework, policies, systems, and business processes within newly acquired entities and assets.
  • Maintain oversight of the portfolio of integrations, strategic initiatives, and corporate projects, tracking progress, resource allocation, budgets, benefits realization, and delivery performance.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, reporting frameworks, and integration playbooks to ensure consistent execution across geographies and acquisitions.
