Job summary

DIS/CREADIS is seeking a power systems or controls engineer to tackle grid integration challenges for wind, solar, battery storage, and hybrid plants. The role can be based in Spain or Denmark, ideally near an office, with the option to work fully remotely.

You will develop controllers, electrical models, and grid studies, collaborating with a team of about 40 specialists. A background in power engineering and a willingness to learn across multiple areas is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy development, operator, utility or OEM environments.
• Solid foundation in electrical modelling or power plant controller design.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn across grid integration topics.
• Experience with grid code compliance processes (EU/US/Australia) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to controller development, electrical modelling, validation and grid studies.
• Work through structured development processes from requirements to testing and release.
• Collaborate with a 40-person team to improve project delivery and processes.
• Help ensure grid requirements are met for renewable power plants.
