Job summary

DIS/CREADIS is seeking a power systems or controls engineer to help solve grid integration challenges for wind, solar, BESS and hybrid plants. The role blends controller development, electrical modelling and grid studies to improve plant performance and meet grid requirements.

You will join a cross-functional team, work across projects and contribute to development, testing and validation in a collaborative, global environment. Remote and office-based options are available across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in power engineering, plant controls or inverter controls.
• Solid foundation in electrical modelling or power plant controller design.
• Curiosity to explore beyond current specialty.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to controller development, electrical modelling, validation and grid integration studies.
• Take solutions through development processes from requirements and specifications to testing and release.
• Collaborate with a team of ~40 colleagues and contribute beyond technical tasks.
