Job summary

CTGE is seeking a Control Room Operator to join our Production & Operation Department in Madrid. You will monitor renewable assets across Spain, Greece and Germany and respond to incidents in real time.

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy operations and a technical degree in Electrical/Energy engineering. English proficiency and strong coordination with grid operators are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy operations, SCADA monitoring or related fields.
• Bachelor's or technical degree in Electrical/Energy/Automation engineering.
• Knowledge of wind and PV technologies, HV/MV networks and grid codes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with alarm management and incident escalation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CTGE renewable assets located in Spain, Greece and Germany.
• Provide 24/7 real-time monitoring and management of operational events and incidents.
• Coordinate communications with TSOs, DSOs, aggregators and market operators.
• Coordinate local O&M activities and supervise plant shutdown/restoration.
• Maintain detailed logs and provide regular operational reports.
