Agilent Technologies is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst to join its Global HR Digital Team. You will support the Workday platform across 30+ countries, partnering with HR, COEs, Finance and IT to deliver standardized, governance-driven reports and dashboards.

The role emphasizes data privacy, security and scalable analytics, with exposure to BI tools; and a passion for HR processes and insights through Workday.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience designing scalable reporting solutions in global, matrixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending) and dashboards.
• Develop calculated fields and reporting logic using Workday data sources.
• Own and evolve global HR reporting governance, including report inventory and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements in reporting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Enable self-service reporting through standardized dashboards and boards.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for critical reports and processes.
• Continuously optimize reporting solutions to reduce manual effort.
