Aleph is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst/Solution Architect to partner with HR and IT in shaping tailored Workday solutions. You will combine strong business analysis with technical Workday expertise to architect and deliver effective HR solutions across modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting and Reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5–7 years) as Workday Business Analyst or Solution Architect focused on HR/operations.
• Strong knowledge of architecting Workday solutions across Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting and Reporting.
• Hands-on Workday configuration: business process design, security, integration management, reporting.
• Knowledge of Workday integration capabilities: PECI, DCOD, APIs, EIBs and middleware.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills to handle multiple workstreams.

• Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and align Workday solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze processes and industry practices to design comprehensive Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday modules and design workflows, reporting, and integrations for HR and finance.
• Stay updated with Workday features and provide strategic guidance to stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and configuration of Workday modules (Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting).
• Develop training materials and workshops for internal teams on Workday functionality.
