Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and improve Workday and related HR systems. You will manage configuration across applications, optimize processes, and work with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Fully remote role based in Spain or Portugal with an international team. The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday configuration experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information systems, computer science, HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday config and support.
• Experience across Workday modules: processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, integrations.
• Experience with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day BAU for Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and changes.
• Investigate issues, root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage Workday inbox, events, tasks, and exceptions; ensure data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, vendors to translate requirements into configs.
• Assist with testing, releases, documentation, and training materials.
