Sedgwick is hiring a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. You will manage configuration, optimise processes, investigate issues, and support releases, reporting, and integrations across international teams.

The role is fully remote in Spain or Portugal, collaborating with HRIS, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable HR systems with strong data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday configuration and support.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas (security, reporting, data integrity, releases, integrations).
• Experience with third-party vendors and international cross-functional teams is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain Workday across applications.
• Support Workday releases, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Investigate technical issues and identify root causes with sustainable solutions.
• Monitor Workday inbox; resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Participate in testing (unit, regression, UAT) for new functionality.
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and post‑deployment support.
