Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and Colleague Resources systems. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, security, and efficient business processes while helping teams maximise the value of Workday.

You'll manage Workday configuration across applications, collaborate with international HRIS, HR, IT, and external vendors, and translate needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, HR, or related field.
3+ years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including Workday.
Experience with Workday across multiple functional areas.
Experience with international cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support the HRIS team with day-to-day BAU and maintenance of Workday.
Configure, test and deploy Workday enhancements.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose fixes.
Assist with data integrity, audits, and security.
Support release readiness and post-deployment activities.
Collaborate with international stakeholders across countries.
