Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and improve Workday and related HR systems. You will manage configuration across modules, ensure data integrity, security, and process efficiency while collaborating with international HRIS teams and vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of HRIS experience, including Workday, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS team with day-to-day BAU and maintenance of Workday across multiple areas.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and changes.
• Investigate technical issues, root causes, and recommended solutions.
• Monitor the Workday inbox to resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Support audits to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with data cleanup and remediation of discrepancies.
• Participate in testing activities including unit and regression tests.
• Support HRIS documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Assist with release readiness activities and post-deployment support.
• Maintain configuration aligned with HRIS standards and business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Partner with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate requirements into designs.
• Manage ongoing configuration and implementations of Workday and related apps.
