Lever, Inc. is partnering to fill a Technical Analyst role based in Spain. This fully remote contract position supports IT infrastructure projects, focusing on Windows Server environments, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team coordination.

You will map applications, document configurations, and help drive migrations while collaborating with project services and operations teams. Strong communication and remote-work skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Windows servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid documentation skills and attention to technical detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Storage, networking and core infra security experience is a plus.
• Data center or infrastructure migrations experience is advantageous.
• Project coordination experience is desirable.
• MCSE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, and documentation.
• Work with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis for planning.
• Contribute to application mapping and documentation of infra components.
• Coordinate technical activities across project services and operations teams.
• Support migrations, including data center and server-related activities.
• Maintain clear, accurate technical documentation throughout delivery.
• Communicate updates and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
