GE Vernova's ROC Technical Lead in Remote Operations Center oversees the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote hub in Barcelona. You work with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues to keep turbines performing reliably.

You’ll monitor turbine performance, provide remote diagnostics, support commissioning and service activities, analyze data for faults and trends, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, structured communication and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent English; EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to solve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/public holidays.
