GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center focused on wind energy. You’ll monitor turbine performance, diagnose faults, and guide commissioning and service activities from a remote hub in Barcelona, with travel up to 20% and EU eligibility to work on-site when needed.

You will partner with site teams and engineering experts to ensure safe, reliable turbine operations, continuous improvement, and clear technical communication under pressure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills under pressure.
• Travel up to 20% and relocation to Barcelona; EU work eligibility; fluent English.

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.

• Work a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call support on weekends/holidays.
