Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbine performance, diagnose issues remotely, and support commissioning and service activities to ensure reliable operations.

You will work with site teams to resolve technical problems, analyse data for faults and improvements, and participate in a rotating shift with occasional on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
