GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) to monitor offshore wind assets from Barcelona. You’ll lead troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and performance optimization across commissioning and service phases, collaborating with site teams and engineering experts.

The role requires hands-on wind energy experience, SCADA proficiency, travel up to 20%, and excellent communication in English; relocation to Barcelona is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operation.
• Able to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot on site or remotely.
• Proficient with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
