Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related wind energy experience
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operations
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills; collaborative mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call support on weekends/public holidays
