GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead to manage the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center in Barcelona. You will work with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on wind turbine experience, SCADA proficiency, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind sector experience.
• Experience with wind turbines in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Fluent English; Spanish not required but nice to have.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Support commissioning and service via remote diagnostics.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze data to identify faults and improvements.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting.
• Support grid outages when required.
• Rotate weekday shift with on-call weekends/holidays.
