GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead to oversee safe, remote operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center in Barcelona. You will collaborate with site teams and engineers to diagnose issues, optimise performance, and drive continuous improvement across commissioning and service phases.

The role requires hands-on wind turbine experience, SCADA proficiency, and strong communication skills in a high‑pressure, cross‑functional environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with clear technical communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
