GE Vernova's ROC Technical Lead – Wind Remote Operations in Barcelona is responsible for monitoring offshore wind assets from a remote center, supporting commissioning and service, and ensuring turbines perform reliably across their lifecycle.

You will work with site teams and engineers to diagnose issues, analyze data, and drive improvements, with travel up to 20% and a rotating office schedule. Fluent English and EU relocation eligibility are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Able to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, collaborative problem-solving under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluent English; willing to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Support commissioning and service through remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and trends.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety.
• Work rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends.
