GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for the Remote Operations Center focused on wind energy. You will monitor turbine performance and lead remote diagnostics to keep offshore assets safe and productive.

In this role you’ll collaborate with site teams and engineering, analyze data for faults, and drive improvements while supporting commissioning, service activities, and grid outage responses. Relocation to Barcelona is expected where required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call weekends/public holidays.
