EIS Ltd in Spain seeks a VP of Professional Services to lead a growing portfolio across Europe and the Middle East. You will drive delivery across client programs, report to the Global SVP, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining high client satisfaction.

This hybrid role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing executives, and traveling internationally to client sites and offices. A strong track record in insuretech and enterprise IT is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise IT program management, preferably in insuretech.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-stakes programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel internationally and manage P&L for a portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across Europe and Middle East regions.
• Drive zero-defect delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.
• Manage client and partner relationships at executive levels.
• Collaborate with sales to extend and win new business.
• Champion continuous improvement and AI adoption in delivery.
